Walked in to ask if they could diagnose my watch as it was no longer ticking. Without even looking at it he told me it’s the capacitor and that it’s $140 to fix. I then took it upstairs to Kazazians and they put it on a solar charger and in two days it is back to working. Cost me $40 and they didn’t charge me a diagnostic fee like adorn tried to. Do yourself a favor a steer clear of these guys, they’re just trying to take as much from you as possible it seems.
My experience was horrible. Was encouraged to open a line of credit .Which I did but I didn’t want to make a final decision without my husband . Was told by the owner that was not a problem and that I was welcome to come by on my 37th anniversary which was 1/8 and on 1/3 I received a bill from the finance company with a charge that I didn’t authorize and I reached out to the owner of the business and he said everything was okay and we can still come and make a decision and he will work with me because he values me as a previ... read more

This shop is brilliant, they were so kind and supportive. I had a ring custom made by Adorn, it’s well and truly what I wished for. I love it!
If you ever need your watch repaired take to Adorn Jewelery, they fixed my Bulova watch. I believe that I finally found me a Jewelery shop that knows what they are doing
