Plain and simple, last year I had a terrible experience with a tattoo artist who got employed there recently (at the time). I was so disappointed. My whole family was. We had set an appointment months ahead, planned out pricing and small design for not only me, but for a family member too. At the last place the tattoo artist was employed, parts of my family met her and were thoroughly interested in getting tattooed by her as well.
