When I booked this appointment I went in expecting a short trim on my ends. I have curly hair so when I told the lady she told me she had experience with curly hair ( it seemed like she didn’t ) she then proceeded to cut 3 inches off of my hair while it damp on the ends and dry on the roots. She told me she would diffuse my hair but instead she just blowdried with a Dyson which caused my hair to frizz up and break off. After the service was over all I wanted to do was pay and then leave.
