I was visiting the area from out of town and stopped in for a manicure and pedicure. The girl did an amazing job on the manicure and pedicure. 4 stars because their customer service was a bit lacking.
I got my nails done there on Friday, by Wednesday morning two popped off like press ons i would do at home! By 1 all my acrylics were off in whole like press on nails. Was very disappointed. Tried calling up there with no response. My nails looked amazing the only issue is they lasted less than a week.
I have been a loyal customer for 4 years now, as I have been attending NSU. Go in and get my nails done, come out with all different lengths, the white tips aren’t even the same, the shapes of my nails are completely different. So I call up there and my phone call gets rejected twice before someone answers, he then decides to answer the call and I ask nicely for a manager and then get hung up on. I then call back twice to realize they have blocked my number!! How is this place still in business?
We’nt two weeks ago to get my nails did there they popped out already crooked hair paint do not go there. Run run run.
