I’ve been going to Adore Me Nails since they first opened, and I absolutely love this salon! From the moment you walk in, it’s clear that a lot of thought and care has gone into creating a beautiful and welcoming space. Went here for a pedicure and got talked into the more expensive pedi package. The one I chose had an 8 minute massage in the details. I got a 0 minute massage and when I talked to the manager about it he brought the tech up and she insisted I got a massage. As a former nail tech myself I can confirm I did not get a massage. The manager gave me a discount but made the whole situation so uncomfortable. I won't be returning for this reason. I did give 2 stars because they had drinks and it looked clean

I had high hopes for this new location. Started good, called around 1pm and requested a same day appt which they provided, and they were able to get me back quickly after check in. Unfortunately the service I got from there after was mediocre at best. Paid for a upgraded pedicure and I still have rough dead skin on my feet. The message was just rubbing lotion on my feet with 0 pressure, and the hot stone was a joke as it was passed on each leg maybe 30 seconds.
