Yesterday after getting a pedicure, I accidentally hit the door at home and chipped the gel polish on my big toe. I was nervous but called the salon, and the gal on the phone was so kind and told me to come in anytime. When I went back today, they happily fixed it for me and even offered me a drink, cookie, and chocolate. The staff made me feel so comfortable and cared for — such amazing service
I had such a wonderful experience today! Swan did an amazing pedicure — she was gentle, detailed, and made sure I felt completely relaxed. My feet look and feel so fresh!
