Honestly unless you like being greeted by a biting chihuahua over and over from the moment you walk in and the owner does nothing and just says “she’s playing” when I’m audibly saying OUCH STOP I wouldn’t come get your nails done here. The guy who did my nails was really nice but there was nothing relaxing about this experience and the owner walked around squeaking a dog toy the whole time and answering calls on speaker with his dog running around. The nail was extremely rude and unprofessional. Was very aggressive and overall an unpleasant experience.
I asked for square nails and they came out slanted very sloppy work for a service I paid for. On top of that, the payment process was unprofessional and disrespectful. The man didn’t swipe my card properly, then asked me “how much do you have on it?” which is completely unacceptable to ask a customer. I told him I had plenty on the card, and when it went through (only after he flipped it the correct way), the woman laughed when I said I have plenty on my card. The place is very clean and the staff are very professional and very nice I love the service that they do I recommend this place 100%. I had to change it to four stars because they usually do a good job but it came in with my daughter got a new technician guy asked him what he thought would be better for my daughter acrylic or gel he said gel I trusted the process and we were charged $70 the job was beautiful but the nail fell off I called them they said they would fix it free of charge when we went back in they had an attit... read more
