I had to change the time of my appointment they were very compliant and gave me an appointment the next hour. Almost no wait so I recommend an appointment the only thing is every other manicure I've ever gotten includes the soaking of the fingers with cuticle removal which never occurred so now after 2 days and doing my own cuticles I can already see growth and also generally after the manicure a hand lotion massage up to the elbows none of that was included or offered.
