I had been here once before during Halloween and was very happy with my service. The lady who did my gel acrylic her name is B and she was very thoughtful and did a wonderful job. I would recommend B. This next time I came in (on christmas eve) however it was a very unpleasant experience. My appointment was for 10 am. I was late by 15 minutes and called in ahead of time to let them know i was still on my way there. When I arrived they told me to have a seat, I sat there until 11:20 am. Update, January 10th, 2026. I got my nails done on the 29th, and within four days one nail broke off, and two broke off yesterday. I did the manicure and pedicure at the same time, which do NOT do because they will NOT take care of your cuticles or trim them or do proper nail prep. They will jut apply the gel-x/acrylic and not care about your cuticles. I tried to give benefit of the doubt, but to pay so much for such ill service is not okay especially when they told me to leave a positive review after the fact. The last thin... read more
