I booked a session with Julie at Adore La Vie as a birthday gift for my husband—and it ended up being an incredible experience for me, too. Julie created such a warm, relaxed atmosphere, and I felt genuinely comfortable in front of the camera (something I didn’t expect!). She brought just the right balance of professionalism, encouragement, and a great sense of humor—especially when holding some of the poses were not for the faint of heart! The final photos were stunning, and I’m so glad I did this.
I am so happy that I did a photoshoot with Julie! I knew it would be good, but I was truly in awe at the end seeing how amazing the photos came out. Working with Julie was amazing! She is so professional and communicative, it was a great experience right from the start. She stays with you every step of the way and supports with planning out your outfits (can provide them for you), makeup, hair, and posing. The day of, her studio is easy to find with her directions and it is clean and private creating a comfortable environment. I loved the way her makeup/hair artist did my makeup and styled my hair. Stellar experience for a maternity shoot with Julie. We had a planning call ahead of time to discuss my vision for the shoot. She helped me translate what I wanted for hair and makeup to the artist (I’m terrible at those!). She has a great closet you can borrow from for outfits.
