Excellent service while I was spending money. Completely different experience once I raised a legitimate concern. Rather than taking responsibility, my issue was dismissed as “miscommunication,” despite there being witnesses to the exchange. I also spoke with the manager, who chose to deflect rather than resolve the problem. Customer service shouldn’t end once the sale is made. Very disappointing.
We had the best experience with Adore Beauty Eastland team especially Elle who took that extra time and patience in explaining us the products best suited. The entire team including the manager was super welcoming for someone visiting the store first time. We appreciate you all thank you for making our experience super memorable. Will be visiting again soon!
The staff (Ty) gave genuinely professional advice and shared practical techniques that I can easily use at home even with a busy schedule. The makeup look they created was clean, natural, and really enhanced my features without feeling heavy.
