I’m blown away at the kindness, professionalism and service this company has provided my mother so far. Shane, Marie, & Lindsey have been so helpful and attentive. They follow up consistently and are amazing at communicating and providing sincere and sympathetic care. We haven’t met Kristin yet but she was very sweet via text. Thank you to everyone at Adoration Home Care for your thoughtfulness and compassion.
Got a nurse visit on a Tuesday then NOTHING for 7 days!! I desperately needed help during that 7 days but got nothing from Adoration!!
We had this company set up to administer a home iv infusion to a 90 year old woman who lives alone and has limited dexterity. The night before her 2nd dose they called to say they couldn't come every day as promised- leaving us scrambling afyer hours to find someone who could. I would NEVER recommend anyone go through what they did to us. It was uncalled for, unprofessional and just wrong. They knew for several days and never let us know. Find a company that is reliable. Adoration IS NOT!
Mom is receiving the most professional services in her home. The staff from the PT Ronald and PTA Rebecca are stellar. Courtnry has drawn blood and did a wonderful job. Latrece, RN communicates with me on a regular basis. Everyone genuinely cares for my mom as if she were their family member. I wouldnt have chosen any other Home Health Care company but Adoration!
