I have been watching my neighbors little dog, he had to have emergency surgery, i noticed his nails were very long so i brought him here and they did a great job. you cant even hear the little guy walk anymore so im sure to him they feel great.

We here at Adorable Dogs regret that you feel your Bailey was not treated properly. However, we can assure you that each dog does indeed, get individual attention. They are often talked to, taken out for walks, played with and otherwise given special attention. As to the kennel being cold-we keep the temperature at optimal conditions for the dogs' comfort and with it being summer, the a/c is kept just cool enough to prevent heat problems.
