Worst experience ever. They hide the backgrounds of the kids. They don't get services for you. They do not support the adoptive parents. They REFUSE to allow trauma therapy for the kids, that way they don't have to make it a matter of record. They don't care about the happiness, health, or welfare of the kids. They certainly DO NOT support their adoptive families.
I literally can't say enough good things about Adoption Options. I am part of their flexible families program, and I have worked with several people in the office. Each and every one of them have been more than just professional and knowledgeable- they are warm, caring, friendly, helpful, and they have made the process of getting licensed for foster care and finding a child as smooth as such a thing can be. Don't go here! Switching agencies as we speak! Horrible communication and no dedication to me or helping find a family. Glad there are other choices!
