I can not say enough good things about Mr. Kelley. He bent over backwards to help my husband and I bring home a beautiful baby boy at Christmas. He has the best interest for both birth mothers and adoptive parents. He will ensure the birth mother is taken care of and will be there every step of the way. He is always available to handle anything that may come up.

Was threatened when I changed my mind by gene kelley so went through with the adoption since I was terrified. Was promised pics after couple yrs never received none. I've called the office still no pics and no explanation why. I held up my part, they have not.

Mr Kelley and his staff are the best to work with! We have been blessed three times and have four beautiful children we love and adore and that would not have been possible without Gene and his team and their amazing work in completing our adoptions. Gene was there the entire time, every step of the way to make sure we were ok during the entire match, birth, and adoption process. 17 years ago we had been living on a roller coaster ride of emotions for several years. We had been trying to get pregnant with no avail. But on June 30, 1998 driving away from Mr. Kelleys office in Rogers, we knew he was going to help change our lives!
