Don't come if you're on section 8 they literally want you to make three times the rent which is impossible because you would not be on section 8 if you can make three times the rent but the website tells you only need to make three times your promated amount but once you fill out the application you will be denied for not making three times the rent I just want my application fee money back because I feel like it was a scam. the house I want is $2,300 my prorated amount is 358 I make three times that amount so I'm confused..... read more

Never had any replies from management, ever. No communication, always there when you’re late in rent tho 👎🏼 Maintenance and pest control never show up, noises neighbors & complaints never rectified
