He took the time to walk me through every detail regarding my Rolex, answered all my questions patiently, and made me feel completely confident in my decision. I recently purchased a watch from this jewelry store and had a great experience working with Tommy. He was very responsive and made the entire process smooth. I especially appreciated being able to customize my watch exactly how I wanted it :) Highly recommend!
Very disappointing experience with Adonia Jewellers. I was told the watch I purchased had been serviced prior to sale. Yet within 3 days, it had a power reserve issue and had to be sent back. I was then told the problem was due to the oil “sitting” inside the watch — which makes no sense if it was properly serviced before being sold.
