The NP is quite unprofessional and rude. She was almost an hour late to our meeting, took calls in the middle of the session multiple times, and seemingly jumped to conclusions and made it no secret. In an effort to be transparent, I informed her about my diagnosis, and also about my recreational cannabis use (since she asked about any drug use). I've had fairly negative experiences with psychiatrists through my old network. Finding Dr. Gladys was honestly a blessing. She took her time during the intake to understand me as a person rather than just looking at my history sheet. I've been through several prescriptions, before her, which all failed. Her and I had the miraculous luck of finding something that worked on the first try to minimize side effects - all because she actually took my concerns and thoughts seriously.
Dr. Gladys is so understanding and made me feel super comfortable. She is always open to how my treatment is going. Always will make the adjustments needed to make my treatment comfortable. I highly recommend her.
