i’ve been coming to dr tragers office since i was 9yrs old and im 25 now. i’ve never met a doctor more caring and attentive when it comes to his patients. he goes the extra mile when seeing his patients and really gets to know them and cares for them as people and not as patients. As a child he was an amazing pediatrician and always made me feel comfortable talking to him. Great pediatric care! My children really like him and actually enjoy coming here. The visits are always smooth. The office is also very clean and organized. The team is attentive and professional. Highly recommend.
If I could give this guy a zero I would. Never have I met a doctor that has such little regard for his patients. My 8 year old son had a really bad skin infection and was supposed to see Dr. Trager. I asked the staff if his grandma could bring him in ( because I was at work) and they assured me it was no problem- after verifying our insurance etc. When we got to the office, Dr. Trager refused to see my son. I went to see dr. Trager with my eight year-old grandson. Before we came to the office, my daughter called to make sure that they will see him with me and she was informed that she just has to sigh the papers and send the insurance information which she did. Once we got into the office, doctor Trager refused the medical care that we were seeking due to the fact that I wasn’t his mother. A miserable excuse for a doctor. He will talk you into a service then send an egregious bill . When i tried to explain that he lied about it not being a large service since insurance had issues and iwanted to come later because i feared this very issue , he grew beligerent and demanded i apologize to him. Some ego this man has. Honestly its pathetic i saw him for a long time and he got a small morsel out of me and lost far greater business had i kept going in the future.
