Our son came here for an ENT work up and then to have tubes placed in his ears. Everyone was so friendly and so good with kids. They made us and my 10 month old feel comfortable the whole time. Everyone from the office staff, to nurses and doctors was great. Everything was very timely which seems to be rare in healthcare these days. You can tell this is a group that goes the extra mile to make the experience for kiddos and parents A+ patient care.

Terrible service. Drove an hour for an appointment for my toddler. On going ear pain, recommended by PCP. Dr. Jen refused to see my toddler because they had a fever a few days earlier. Meanwhile my toddler is running around their waiting room like a maniac. The doctor did not even attempt to take my toddler's temperature. Obviously a situation of the doctor wanting longer morning break. Don't waste your time.
Brought both my kids here they were very accommodating with my son with his disabilities. They were great at the tongue tie surgery for him, & did my daughters tubes for her ears. I highly recommend.
