Making an appointment is worthless. Made appointment for 530 and wasn’t taken back until 630.

My pediatrician told me to let ENT staff know about my son’s level 4 lip tie when he went to get his ear tubes put in. I did. They said they would take care of it no problem. The entire experience was less than 10 minutes. They then sent me a bill for $4800. The average cost of this procedure is no where near this amount. This is a terrible company, and very deceitful.
