Horrible- waited for 7 months for appointment-stopped needed medication as required 2 weeks earlier as requested-- only to be sent home due to water dripping through the lights in the room (not first time as stain was on ceiling) They were unsure of when we could get back in but we could wait for a cancelation. Seriously do they not realize people cannot stop medications they need and wait for them to maybe fit us in???? Wow clueless. I encourage people to explore other options.
Absolutely HORRENDOUS experience. I've reported them to the Joint Commission and UPMC HQ. This was about 6 to 8 month ago. I will be updating this with some eye-opening discussions Ive had with both them and UPMC HQ. Treated terribly by whomever schedules or answers their phone. YOU ARE NOT GOING TO LIKE THIS REVIEW.
Our son came here for an ENT work up and then to have tubes placed in his ears. Everyone was so friendly and so good with kids. They made us and my 10 month old feel comfortable the whole time. Everyone from the office staff, to nurses and doctors was great. Everything was very timely which seems to be rare in healthcare these days. You can tell this is a group that goes the extra mile to make the experience for kiddos and parents A+ patient care.
