Awesome care,from start to finish.Front desk, nurse, Dr Venkat ( Gastroenterologist), and the phlebotomist...refreshing to see everyone so happy!! My child even said she wanted to work there one day!!! Thanks again!!!
My pediatrician told me to let ENT staff know about my son’s level 4 lip tie when he went to get his ear tubes put in. I did. They said they would take care of it no problem. The entire experience was less than 10 minutes. They then sent me a bill for $4800. The average cost of this procedure is no where near this amount. This is a terrible company, and very deceitful. Wasn’t sure what to expect with some of the reviews, but our 15 month old had ear tube surgery today for recurring ear infections and we had an amazing experience there. Their service and care was top notch and their staff was kind and caring to our child and made us and him feel at ease. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everytime we have been to any UPMC children’s facility it has been it is always great experience. Thank you
