The great minds behind the agency exude much character, integrity and passion in what they due for the kids. The program is great for the betterment of the kids. The staff is great and supported. The work ethic behind the great minds of the agency are impeccable. The passion for the kids and the staff well-being shines through. I appreciated the opportunity!
Be willing to pay for adequate staff. They lie about what they are actually providing to clients.
They could adequately support their staff and not be cheap when it comes to hiring people that allow them to serve the clients they have accepted. Management FAIL. You are losing staff because you are trying to make money on kids with mental illness instead of actually trying to help the kids.
