I’m deeply concerned about the practices at this facility. On June 27th at 12:58 AM, police reports over the radio were heard regarding an incident on Serrano Street where the facility's staff member, an Asian male chef, was struck with a metal pipe. The report also notes that the client, a child in their care, allegedly was stabbed by the staff member in the neck.
