They make some of the best software but don't get along with Apple.
Called to cancel a subscription that has been charging my bank for 6+ month without my knowledge. Only was able to give me a refund for 3 months which I guess is better than nothing but be sure to check your bank accounts for unauthorized charges.
Buyer beware. Adobe's fee and billing is a giant middle digit to how everyone else does business. I'm a student who was required to use Light Box for three whole months and now these people want to charge me $100 to cancel my sub. My bad for thinking they are decent people. never again. ever.
