Great place in the middle of nowhere. If you are anywhere near Artesia, take some time and stop by. Get the chili rubbed strip steak and a stuffed, fried avocado. You'll be glad you did

Best restaurant in the region. I go there frequently. Nice bonus is that they just got their full liquor license so you can get real cocktails which are rare in New Mexico. The service was subpar last night but don’t let that stop you from giving the Adobe Rose a try
Love this place!
Love going to this place every year for our anniversary. Food is pretty decent and not overly priced. Real romantic atmosphere really not meant for kids. Good selection of drinks and the waitress was awesome. Guys, take your girls to this place, you're sure to get some points with her.
Food was very delicious. Staff was very friendly and she was on top of her game. I am from Texas and was traveling back home from Colorado so was very happy there was sweet tea. The tea was excellent. Definitely would go back if ever in the area.
Took my husbands parents last night to celebrate there anniversary, they had a blast!!!! My in-laws also fell in love with the latin pretty bartender in the corner bar!!! 10 starz on your humble attitude and service towards my family, making us feel at home!!! Also awesome waitress and service!!!! 5 starz on ur maple old fashion that was one hell of a great drink my father in law wanted to let you know!!!! See you soon adobe rose!!!!
