We have been living at Cyan at Green Valley for a year and on several occasions when we call to request maintenance, Bismar always comes and with his professionalism and kindness he solves all our problems. We recommend this property, pleasant and quiet atmosphere, Apt 1117.
Moving into my new apartment has been such a smooth and pleasant experience. Andrea and Miracle are absolutely amazing! They were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place for a seamless transition. I truly appreciate their help and would highly recommend working with them!
I’m leaving Cyan after almost two years because I bought a house. If it weren’t for that, I could have stayed here forever. And during the transition, I had to break my lease, and the leasing office—specifically Asst. Manager Lamirick—was amazing! She was so kind and helpful, even when I was not making her job easy! I’ve been living here for over three years, and the management company has changed about once a year. Overall, each management company has been pretty good. But what stands out the most is the maintenance team member _ Bismar. Whenever there’s an issue in my apartment, he always responds promptly and takes care of the problem. He’s also very friendly—whenever we see each other around the community, we always greet each other. He’s definitely someone worth recognizing in this community.
Been here since December & I really love this property. Everything is very well-maintained, I haven’t had a single issue yet… And anytime we’ve had to put in a small maintenance request- for my door handle or keypad- they come within 24 hours and get it taken care of, Bismar is great! He’s always In and out! I think the management changed since I’ve been here, but both teams have been excellent and helpful if I ever needed anything, which isn’t often ☺️ So far so good!
