I’m leaving Cyan after almost two years because I bought a house. If it weren’t for that, I could have stayed here forever. And during the transition, I had to break my lease, and the leasing office—specifically Asst. Manager Lamirick—was amazing! She was so kind and helpful, even when I was not making her job easy!

I chose Cyan at Green Valley over other apartment complexes including other Greystar complexes for the following reasons: The apartment I'm renting is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with 1,345 square feet. The other complexes I visited didn't have any apartments for this size. The rent is under 2k and worth it. The amenities are top of the line. The gym has pretty much everything you need to get your workouts in. The pool and hot tub are bigger than any other apartment complexes that I have seen.
