I moved in two weeks ago. I found 2 smoke alarms blinking red, thermostat not working, dishwasher not working. I had not yet downloaded app to put in a maintenance request. I went to office first thing Monday morning when it opened and showed Tiffany, one of the managers, pictures of the problems. She immediately put in a maintenance request for me and within two hours everything was fixed. I just want to take a moment to recognize Tiffany, the Property Manager at Cyan at Green Valley. From my personal experience, Tiffany has always been kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful whenever I’ve needed anything.
