Moving into Cyan was effortless thanks to Marisela and Tiffany. I just wanted to say how impressed I am with the leasing office staff. These ladies have been incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Moving can be stressful, but they made the experience smooth and easy from start to finish. Thank you both for your outstanding customer service and for making me feel so welcome in my new home! You ladies are thee best of the best!
Tiffany with the office is amazing. She put all of her effort into helping us find the best place for our needs. Can’t say enough about being able to work with management that a really works hard for you vs the many others I’ve rented from that tell you what they can’t do for you. This complex has everything you’d want with some amazing deals on really nice units. We are very excited to move in here.
Cyan Green Valley was once a friendly, well-maintained community that residents were proud to call home. Unfortunately, since the recent change in management, the overall quality of the community and resident experience has noticeably declined. The sense of community that once existed has diminished, and the welcoming, professional atmosphere previously provided by the office staff no longer feels present. We had a great experience from start to finish. Tiffany was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and made everything easy and stress-free. She was always kind and professional, and quick to answer our questions. We truly appreciate all of her help and would highly recommend this community!
Marisela is by far one of the most honest, helpful, and communicative leasing managers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting with. She takes her time getting to know potential residents, as well as offers phenomenal service when it comes to navigating finding a new place to call home.
