I love this amazing community !! We have the most dedicated professional staff , working hard , showing up each day with smiles and kindness and how ya doing , or what can they do for you. We have tea in the morning and coffee all day. Our awesome home yes please; Gym24/7 😄places to think and rest , play, dog friendly and cats oh yes kids too are cool and comfy. My water tank was leaking at 11pm and I was able to call the emergency line. Maint Bismar came within 15 minutes and turned the water off and came back the following morning at 8am to replace it! Even left me with a fan for a couple days to dry out the walls and make sure no mold appeared. Very thankful for his service!
I recently toured Cyan at Green Valley after visiting a few other communities, and it really stood out. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and a great value for the location and amenities. What truly made the difference was Andrea and her team. I had a brief but pleasant conversation with Carlos, and Andrea was incredibly down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and genuine. The whole experience was relaxed and pressure-free in the best way possible. Highly recommend touring Cyan at Green Valley!

Resort style living! Been here for just over 3 years and love the comfortable relaxed feel, sense of community and vacation like vibes. Great for younger couples and those looking for a relaxed home.
