I have been living at Cyan for over three years the management team has been awesome especially Allison.
My wife and I have lived here for over 2 years and love it! The property staff is always so friendly, and helpful regarding any issue needing to be addressed. I really will miss my girl Miracle, a true super star, hopefully on to bigger and better in life! I went to inquire about an apt and Allison was very helpful, she listened and assured me she would have an answer for me as soon as possible and made the application process very easy and was very pleasant. She walked me around the property showed me the actual unit I was applying for. I look forward to living at CYAN
This is an absolutely beautiful place to live! It’s exceptionally clean, quiet, and peaceful. The maintenance team is fantastic and promptly fixes any issues that arise. A huge shoutout to Kenny! What a great guy! The management is also excellent, especially Allison. Always smiling and helpful! However, I would suggest replacing the lights on the palms at the entrance. The current ones are old and worn out, which doesn’t complement the modern aesthetic of the place. Other than that it’s perfect!
I am currently living at this apartment community and overall I’ve had a very positive experience. The property is well maintained, peaceful, and feels like a comfortable place to call home. Any concerns or questions I’ve had have been handled in a timely and professional manner.
