Don't use this venue. They are very unprofessional and rude! Food and drinks were very flat. Venue is beautiful, but that's about it. You are in for a horrible experience. Prepare to be promised a perfect event and the. Be charged for some crazy, bogus stuff the night of your event. Spend your special day somewhere else.
Used this venue for a wedding because we were short on time and they seemed to be an all inclusive venue. They start out being very professional and making lots of promises, but change things very quickly. Ms. Gonzales never writes anything down and so there is constant confusion. For someone who supposedly knows this business things shouldn't be so difficult. She came up with bogus charges and knew she had you over a barrel. I recently celebrated my wedding. Unfortunately, I made business with Adobe Hacienda dance Hall and it was my worst mistake ever. They made my event a living hell. They gave me the worst customer service, and tried to deceive me by changing the contract to there convince about 4 times during my business with them. They didn't answer my phone calls, and/or emails. Although, sometimes there where in the mood to communicate with me, there were rude and even hung up the phone. We Loved this Rustic Venue !.My sister chose this venue for my niece s Quinceanera. The family and I were very happy with this choice of venue. Our event looked so classy with choice of decor. We hired an additional staff for full service formal sit down reception.The service was very profesional and met all our needs. Everything was done by the hall . It was beautiful. From 1 to 10, I give it a 10.
I thought the staff at the Adobe Hacienda was outstanding. They took care of my event with every detail . Tables and all decorations were beautiful . Every one of my guests thought my family had bought and done all the decorating. This was a surprise party and could not be connected in anyway with the planning of event. GOOD SERVICE – This wedding was beautiful , I am sorry Ricardo Frias felt he could only rate 3 stars to this facility the day of his wedding however I do agree with him, that his wedding was elegant and the food was awsome ,for alot of his family members and guests personaly mention it to me. Best big secret in town – I was leary of visiting this hacienda because of its rustic surroundings but decided to give it a chance.I was glad I did drive there. I was so surprise and amazed as I walked in to the building.
