Nice easy walk with service access road to follow. Some off road trails to follow. Lots of planters and odd trash scattered around. Overall wildlife was nice and the area makes a decent, in city, place to go. Saw quail, Jack rabbits, lizards, and pocket gophers.
Quiet and very dry. It was just okay as a stand-alone hike/walk.

Pretty good hiking loop trail, very walkable, no shade, flat dirt trail, takes less than an hour.
