i rented this apt and stayed one day and moved out,the infest station of bed bugs was so bad that i couldnt sleep because i had to watch the bugs crawling down the walls so when i reported it to management they said i brought them ,wow blamed me,but the proof was in the water bottle,i had collected them about 50 and that was in the bottle only not the ones i killed i fog bombed 6 times plus layed powder and sprayed continually but they wouldnt die they were in the walls the place neededs to be tented,
Run down. This apartment complex has gone through multiple hand over the last few years. Not one owner can fix the huge potholes in the parking lots. The a/c unit is central air you can turn it on and off. They control the temperature. When you didn't pay for the electricity that was ok they gave you a little wiggle room. But the new owner is money money money. Hires a third party to calculate the amount of energy each apartment is using based on size and occupancy so all apartments are divided into the APS bill.
