I had a great first experience with them and will definitely use them in the future. They were quick to answer the phone and scheduling was easy. I don't like having strangers come into my home but the tech was courteous and very professional. He did a great job and I am very happy with the results. There were some spots I didn't think would come out but he got everything back to looking great. Thanks!

Adobe was suppose to come at 11:00 to clean my chairs. 11:30 and no one had shown, so I called and they said that they are short 1 technician and that they would be there in 45 minutes. Then they called 10 minutes later and said they wouldn't be there until 3:00, so would I like to reschedule. I said that 3:00 would be fine. I get a call at 3:30 and they said the technician's truck broke down would I like to reschedule. I responded that I never ever want to reschedule or get their service again.

I will never go with this company again and I suggest you do some research on another company this one doesn't even do what the sales men has set up. They won't move furniture liked they said they would, they only vacuum up the center of all rooms they clean and do the same with the cleaning machines. I was told they would and was quoted a price of that kind of said work. Once again here's just another company who doesn't do what they claim to do. not so good. 4PM appointment, showed up at 6:45, called at 5 PMto ask what is up and was told tech was here at 4PM rang bell, and that just is not true-- and did less than an adequate job! and i have been a repeat customer for years with these people. Jim

Even though I've never done business with this company and I'm on the DNC list they call me just about every month. I tell them I'm on no call list and that I don't even have carpet in my house, so stop calling me, but they still call. I've blocked their number, but when I forget to re-block them every 90 days I get another call.

I have never done business with these guys, but out of the blue, they started calling me every single day to solicit my business. I have told them I don't have carpet in my home and to stop calling, but they still keep calling every day. It is incredibly annoying and unprofessional. It doesn't surprise me that other reviewers have had similar terrorist-like tactics used against them. These people should go to prison as far as I am concerned.

After 7 years of carpet cleaning of our condo, we were blown away by the quality of service - professional and IT LOOKS GREAT!!!!!! If any spots come back in 30 days Bill (technician) said to call and he'd come back. After 7 different companies, we feel we have found one to call again!

I don't typically go online to write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience with Adobe Carpet Cleaning for anyone that is considering using them. First the good...I signed up for their $49 Living Social deal (3 rooms and a hallway). I only had them do 2 rooms and a closet, but it still seemed like a decent deal. They arrived a bit early, which was nice and the carpets are cleaner than they were before they came. Excellent Job!!!!!!!!!!!!! – I had beige berber carpets that were in very bad shape. They were able to remove all the stains and traffic patterns. They did an excellent job! I would highly recommend them!!
