I have a family friend that uses this company and they are not happy with them. One of the male nurses is not pleasant at all and gets upset when he has to do his job. I would not recommend this company if you want your loved ones to be treated with dignity and respect.
i hear nothing but bad things about them. their nurses are lazy and don’t care. someone i know has had the same catheter in him for months-it’s filled with urine build up and constantly giving him infections and his nurse refuses to change it.
If I could give zero stars I would!! This company is a SCAM, be very careful before paying for anything. They have a “doctor” look at your information for 20 seconds and tell you you’re not approved for a prescription you paid for. If you answer yes to any symptoms they list for the ailment you have, your denied due to “inability to treat symptoms.” When speaking to customer service they will direct you to the “AI Bot chat portal “ for more details instead of a live human being able to provide information?! Our experience with Admire Home Health Care has been very positive. They are responsive to requests for services and supplies. Everything is arranged and delivered as needed. My husband and I both have health issues being addressed by Admire. Mark, the administrator, has been very supportive in making sure our needs are being met. Admire’s staff arranges nursing care as well as physical and occupational therapy. The staff is nice and always helpful. We are glad to be working with Admire.
My patients got discharged from hospital and admire homehealth took over and continue their journey towards healing. The administrator mark is very reliable , compassionate and will communicate with you personally if there’s a problem.The staff at the office are so nice and accommodating when you call for supplies and it will be at your doorstep in a day or two, the nurse and pt were so good and provide good quality of care .
