If I could give less than one star I would. I was gifted a floristry course voucher by my son but the business refused to honour it. The business ignored multiple emails attempting to coordinate the course, as indicated on the voucher. Upon calling I was advised the business is closing and courses are no longer being offered - which is clearly untrue. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
Someone anonymously sent me flowers through this shop, and seriously — what a joke. I got a bunch of wilted, half-dead flowers sitting in disgusting, smelly water. Total disappointment. Think twice before ordering from here!
So lovely. We went to the florist course hosted by Shelly, and it was such a wonderful experience. I genuinely learned a lot and Shelly is so adorable and funny. She is a wonderfully charming teacher, you can see the passion that she holds for her work and her art. Being taught by someone who is so fulfilled in their own purpose was such an inspiring experience. Was quoted $200 for a bouquet with 8-9 red roses and some leaves. Apparently under new ownership… We try to support local but not when we are being ripped off… Edit - Reply to owner: I have shopped from you many times Shelly and have always been happy. I walked in yesterday and there was a man, I believe around 60 years of age. I told him I am looking for a bouquet for an anniversary and he showed me the red bouquet that you had yesterday that had approx 8-9 red flowers, around half were red roses.
