in response to jens wilcek review. I always give an invoice when requested. I do not remember him since I just saw this review from 5 years ago; however, I don't have anything to do with air conditioners and I have no idea what he means by underwater is destroyed. I don't do any work on boats..just inspecting. I think he has me confused with someone else. I have been surveying in the Miami area for 25 years and never had a complaint.

Randy did the pre-purchase survey of my Catalina 350. He did a thorough job, noting virtually EVERYTHING that was evaluated. In fact, the Broker said he thought Randy was too thorough! Of course, for me the buyer, that is exactly what I wanted and expected. He also did the survey carefully, yet expeditiously. I would recommend him without reservation.

ive asked 3 times for a bill, but never got it i payed 800 dollar cach in advance...and never got a bill almost, he did the survey for the broker (same area...dinner key enviroment) not for me. he tried to impress me with a working aircondition...nice, but the underwater was completely distroyed. So, be carefull with this guy, special if it recommendet from a broker or other guy from this area...there stick all together

Randy came out and surveyed a boat that we are in the process of purchasing. He was prompt, thorough, and competent. All my questions were answered, and I feel that there is very little that would escape his attention to detail. If we ever need another survey, I'd use his service again.
