Roaches roaches and more roaches. The plumbing was bad as well.....every time I would turn the bath tub on, the water would come out brown and then clear up. Maintenance was on point though if something broke or fell apart, like the whole underside of my sink for instance. And it wasn't even metal pipes, it was plastic, all plastic. Their pest control is horrible as well. Not to mention there are people on drugs that like to walk all through the property as well.
