I have lived here for 3 years and it just keeps getting better! Property Manager, Lori Gordon and all the staff and amazing. They maintain the property well and are all welcome faces to see as I exit/enter. The Board is attentive and conscientious. Grateful for all of them!
I really do NOT appreciate your front desk staff harassing my son that was waiting on me to pick him up. He told me the Nigerian or African male approached him and stated he can't wait outside of the property because he will scare the people. And why is that? Because he's a black male with loc's? Next time be more patient and understanding before you pass judgement !
PROS: - Location is great, this is a nice corner of River North with a park across the road - Concierge and the maintenance staff are friendly and helpful - Build quality seems high - Great views from floor-to-ceiling windows for the units up on higher levels - No more shady deal with comcast, Zentro internet and Google Webpass are avail in the building now CONS: - The HOA here are a pain. They like to make everything more complicated and difficult than necessary. - So many nonsensical rules: too-strict insurance requirement... read more
Interaction with doorman was frustrating experience when he wouldn’t let me in to visit a friend because he thought i said a different name, when in reality he did not know how to say her name correctly. I even told him the unit number, but because it was 11:30 he refused to call the unit and made her call him to get access.
