PROS: - Location is great, this is a nice corner of River North with a park across the road - Concierge and the maintenance staff are friendly and helpful - Build quality seems high - Great views from floor-to-ceiling windows for the units up on higher levels - No more shady deal with comcast, Zentro internet and Google Webpass are avail in the building now CONS: - The HOA here are a pain. Interaction with doorman was frustrating experience when he wouldn’t let me in to visit a friend because he thought i said a different name, when in reality he did not know how to say her name correctly. I even told him the unit number, but because it was 11:30 he refused to call the unit and made her call him to get access.
