I rarely post reviews unless absolutely necessary. In this case it's beyond necessary. Justin, the owner who does a wonderful job of stealing our hearts fighting for this country and did what came natural starting a business . Very confused on his about page that serving your country means starting a business comes naturally. What I do k ow as a former customer of this business owner I would never recommend him to anyone. The only positive thing was the hard working crew. The same can not be said for the owner Justin Ruff. I found him to be totally unprofessional and aggressive when I raised a concern about the extensive damage the large machines did to a large portion of my yard. His response was, " the last line of the proposal states that Admiral Tree Service is not responsible for yard repair during or after services". I'm going to skip to the bottom line - read further if you'd like: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There are plenty of other professional options in the area. These people should be ashamed of being in business. We hired Admiral to remove a tall skinny tree in the backyard. They allowed the tree to crush a new tree we had planted a couple of years ago. It went from being a healthy young tree to being nearly cut in half with many of the remaining limbs having been broken or bent and scrapped. It was bad enough that this happened - a... read more
