I had an unfortunate encounter with a curb, this shop got me back in the road within two hours. Got the donut on, called, ther gave me a great rate on my tires including install. Saw plenty of folks coming in for other needs as well, A/C repair, brakes replacement, and more! Friendly, knowledgeable staff, clean lobby, great service!
I recently had work had my tires replaced and a service maintenance done on my vehicle. They helped me find the right tires for my car since the old ones were not keeping up with the wear and tear I do with my car. I had a service maintenance done since I have been putting it off. They were able to replace 4 tires, change my wiper blades, do a oil change, replace a brake rotor and top off the fluids in a reasonable amount of time. Purchased tires from this franchise store, Admiral Goodyear in Waldorf, MD 12/5/2015. I drove 12,291 miles in that time, my tire treads are now at a five level, 12/30/2016. The manager, Dontae, told me that I had to purchase new tires, that they would not replace them because I did not have road hazard ins. on them. I think they sold me some bad tires, there is no way 65,000 mile tires wear down to half in a year with only a little over 12,000 miles on them. Went in for brake service 1-17-12. Everyone was very professional and made me feel comfortable. Decent waiting area. Turned out I needed brakes and tires. Decided to have both replaced since I was already there. They did the work very quickly; more quickly than they said it would take. I was very pleased. Total bill was a lot. Got home and researched tire prices. Admiral's tire prices are on average about $25-30 higher than other's. Customer service goes a long way with me so I think it was almost worth it.
