Went in for brake service 1-17-12. Everyone was very professional and made me feel comfortable. Decent waiting area. Turned out I needed brakes and tires. Decided to have both replaced since I was already there. They did the work very quickly; more quickly than they said it would take. I was very pleased. Total bill was a lot. Got home and researched tire prices. Admiral's tire prices are on average about $25-30 higher than other's. Customer service goes a long way with me so I think it was almost worth it. Worst customer service I have ever experienced They put a new clutch on my truck. The service engine light came on after I picked my truck back. I took the truck back 2 times to find out what was causing the light to come on. Both times I was told it was nothing. I finally had the Chevy dealer check the truck. The Knock sensor wiring harness was pinched between the transmission bell housing and the engine block.
