Rented our unit for a little over 3 years. Original owners were amazing. Then the new owners took over and never had us complete a new lease and they raised everyone’s rate by 50%. A year later and here we are. We just purchased a home and no longer need the storage unit. I paid them on time - December 26th for January 1 due date (after letting them know we may be moving out during my October conversation with then office manager). Ever since new management took over this place is improving things all the time! The have upgraded security and the maintenance guy told me they are about to build a climate controlled building there!

I wish i could leave zero stars because i would. I had my stuff in here for about 4 months & over half my stuff was destroyed by rats. If it wasnted chewed beyond repair, it had rat pee & poop all over it. And for those that dont know rat pee doesnt wash off, it perm. Stains it yellow. My like new couch set was chewed to the point that i now need to purchase new ones. A rats nest was made in the big couch. I had to throw away so much of what was in there. And these rats were relentless. They even chewed up shampoos, soaps, b... read more
