RecommendedAl from Admiral septic just left our house and let me tell you. this company is top notch and Al is wonderful. My boys (ages 8 & 6) were fascinated by the process and Al listened to them talk his ear off and answered every question they had, with kindness. When he left he blew the air horn for the boys and everything. We used this company for inspection before we bought our house (Al came out then too) and we will continue to use this company. Used Admiral for the initial inspection on the septic system before purchasing a house. They found unacceptable cracks that the seller said their person didn't find. High definition pictures and detailed notes, very professional and thorough job. Most recently I used Admiral for a septic pump and filter clean. Job was done in a timely and professional manner. honest and knowledgeable. I was told by a different local company that I had 1 week left on septic before it gave away, and the guy even pointed to the water level saying it was bad. I called Admiral with the intent of having it pumped. Al took a look and explained it was functioning normally. even checked the filter. Most companies would just have pumped it and I wouldn't have been wiser. instead Al explained the system, checked for sludge, and I didn't have to get it pumped this time. I had a terrible experience with this company. Their driver Al pumped my septic when it did not need to be pumped. It had been pumped 5 months earlier and the house has been empty since it was pumped. They charged me for a pumping that did not need to be done. They caused a sale to fall through because Al told my buyer that the septic failed but in his report put that it had passed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Great company very professional and honest
After this experience, I would highly recommend this companies service. Our service technician took the time to ensure that the job was done correctly. Late October isn’t the warmest of months and to add, it was lightly raining. He stayed and made sure that the job was fully completed. Afterwards, he cane to the door to speak to us about the service. We’re definitely a returning customer.
