As first-time renters, my roommate and I were initially wary of signing a lease in such an expensive area when we moved in 2017. Luckily, Rick (our landlord) was always very transparent and willing to answer any questions we had about maintenance, billing, and even recommending local services like carpet cleaning. I felt safe knowing we were getting competitive rates, top-notch maintenance service, and that, if a problem should arise, help was always just an email away. Thanks for 3 great years! 18635
Quick response time to any issue. Lots of space and good parking. Lived here for 8 years
This review is based on December, 2019 and April, 2020. Last year, we had a multitude of problems that needed fixing and I emailed my landlord about them. Within hours he responded back promptly, asking specific questions about the issues at hand and communicating was no problem at all. The next day, he arrived and checked up on everything and had them fixed. I've rented in many places and to have management that is this responsive was refreshing! Very friendly, easy to work with, and they're prompt about maintaining their rental units. I'd be happy to rent one of their apartments again in the future.
Rick has been an absolutely phenomenal landlord! Every problem is fixed quickly. Whenever there’s an issue, he willing works with us find the smartest and most equitable solution.
