If you are inquiring about apartments in the Newport News area, please for GODS SAKE look past admiral point apartments. The rent is decent for a 2 bedroom apartment but they are not going to tell you about the roach infestation they have here. It is horrible & they have people to spray but all they do is spray the bathroom and kitchen and that’s it. I’m not leaving this review because of anything they did to me over here or anything, I just simply wish I was told about this before I moved here.
Rent is based on financial savings or assets; this sometimes works against you. A person's monthly income might be small but if in the past you've managed to save a few bucks, that can put you up on the higher rent scale. I understand this is due to federal guidelines.
Nice but Everytime you call no one answers and never call you back, so im my opinion I wouldn't live here
