One of the most unprofessional companies I’ve ever had the displeasure of calling. First of all they won’t quote even a guesstimate for servicing a furnace, that alone would make me not do business with them, but I’m helping a friend just opening the door for them. I made an appt for Friday 1-3. They never showed up, they said the appt was written for a water heater and they couldn’t waste time for me because of a/c issues others were having. Called and made time to give them all my info, made an appointment for the following day, told them it was urgent, and well……. Told me they would come and then called a few minutes before scheduled time, to cancel on me.
