Two separate occasions they no showed on me. No reason given as to why they didn’t show up and didn’t notify me that they were not going to show up. One time they were going to do some warranty work on my AC and it “fell through the cracks” which led to us being out of air conditioning for 3 weeks. When Kevin T says he’s gonna get ya hot water by the end of the day, Kevin T is gonna get ya hot water! On top of that they were over 1k less than their competitors!

Chris is very knowledgeable and kind. He explained how everything was looking on his maintenance visit, and even changed out the filters for me that needed to be replaced.

We just had Nick come out and fix a water heater that was under warranty. The pilot light went out and it was having issues. He figured it out fast and got it up and running smoothly in no time and the warranty covered it all. He was so nice and professional and explained their annual service plans. Knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Thank you for getting our hot water back Nick!
