We spoke in the morning and he was at my home in the afternoon to look at the issue and give me a quote. It was a small repair but for me huge problem as I was to go out of town. We decided to move forward with an entire roof replacement based on the age of our roof instead. He juggled the schedule of jobs and made us a priority. I recently had some roof repair work done by Admiral Home Improvements. Mr. Peter Holden came out promptly to give me an estimate. He was courteous, professional and above all, honest. Another contractor had told me that I needed to replace my entire roof. Peter advised me that all I needed was a new ridge vent. The price he quoted was fair and we sealed the deal with a handshake.
