I 've lived here for 2 years Cons:There are definitely problems with the houseless in the community, there is a trash and drug problem caused by both the neighborhood and tenants, there are mice (get a cat), 1 of 2 washers work same with dryers. Not renting here greatly improved my life. Thanks to Becky for protecting smokers because she is a smoker. My new place is brand new, I have my own washer and dryer; not that icky laundry room with so many problems. The neighborhood is way better here too. I'm so very grateful to Becky. Thank you Becky...you are just a distant memory.
