Home warrant company sent admiral air, the technician diagnosed the burned up air handler blower motor and control board. It took a little time to get motor, but was replaced. The new control board would not shut off, not their fault, and another new board ordered. Once the board was replaced, the unit is functioning again, but the motor is running much faster than previously, too fast, noisy, thundering, shaking the house. Tony and Pam at admiral air did fantastic job. Pam worked the supplies and found us a part that was going to be on backorder for months. Tony worked through the worst storm ever in phoenix and set up a tent and fixed the AC so that we didn't have to go another day without cool air in summer here. Thank you so so much! and give them both a raise!
