After 3 months of my claim not being processed and speaking with many reps. I finally got connected to a supervisor Charlene. She was able to identify the issue and help me get the claim processed. Thank you Charlene if only I could have talked to you first I would not have had such a hassle.

You buy GAP insurance to cover main insurance deductibles and co-pays but with this company one has to spend $1K before they cover anything.

Took them a year to year and a half to process my claims correctly to find out I had met my deductible with in the first 6 month. Sad thing is it's happening all over again . My company needs to find a better gap deductible service.

They are trying to find any and everything not to pay me for my sons death, I picked up accidental death insurance and each time I submit what they ask for then im told nothing else is needed im hit with needing to send something else. It’s so stressful everytime I call to check on the status all u get it’s still in review, do better people

Did a great job in getting my benefits going and keeping me in the loop. Karina Acosta a supervisor did step in and help get my claim on track and expidited this was my first time with short term disability insurance and Karina helped make the process painless and even took the time to expedite the first check. Much thanks to everyone involved in the process.
