Total 'legalized' scam... They look, feel and act like Marketplace but they are not. They will sell you a health insurance but when you get the policy (four months later) it's a medical discount plan, not health insurance. In the area I live, no providers accept their discount plan and every provider says they're fraudulent. Cancel you policy and they'll play the benevolent game first, offering a discount or whatever and then when that doesn't work they switch to the malevolent view describing all the things you 'miss out on... read more

After 3 months of my claim not being processed and speaking with many reps. I finally got connected to a supervisor Charlene. She was able to identify the issue and help me get the claim processed. Thank you Charlene if only I could have talked to you first I would not have had such a hassle.

You buy GAP insurance to cover main insurance deductibles and co-pays but with this company one has to spend $1K before they cover anything.

Took them a year to year and a half to process my claims correctly to find out I had met my deductible with in the first 6 month. Sad thing is it's happening all over again . My company needs to find a better gap deductible service.

They are trying to find any and everything not to pay me for my sons death, I picked up accidental death insurance and each time I submit what they ask for then im told nothing else is needed im hit with needing to send something else. It’s so stressful everytime I call to check on the status all u get it’s still in review, do better people
