They conveniently can’t refund you money when they accidentally double charge you for a car payment unless it’s to a savings account with them. Inept rude and all around bad at their jobs. Embarrassing.
If you are financing a vehicle and the dealership says it’s will be through ICCU do NOT go through with it. If you are financing anything and hear the name ICCU do NOT go through with it. Avoiding the name ICCU will save you countless hours, heartache, and your sanity. I have never dealt with such incompetence and carelessness when dealing with a financial institution.
Very frustrating experience and I feel really bad for the third party online help service. I had a Credit Card with ICCU a few years ago and paused it as I no longer had a need.
