They have a nasty attitude and they team up on you and make it seem like your the bad guy and if you show any anger they will not allow you to continue the plasma process.. please don't come here ever....it's horrible here.

This is the worst place in history!!!!! They are soooooooo slow. The staff don't wanna work, I literally saw them fake getting sick to walk out and leave. They need to slow it down!!! And these are all old adults staff still not working..... ive waiting 3.5hrs b4 they even hooked me up. I saw ppl who is come with every week that's not V.I.P go b4 me that should hv went after me... it's absolutely no organization, Anthony the only one who clean the beds b4 the next patient sit down. They need a negative 10 stars
The holiday closure caused a surge in the number of donors this following day. The long lines were effectively and astutely managed by Marjorie as she nimbly alternated between screening donors and organizing the line. The impromptu process she improvised kept the line moving swiftly. The coordination between screeners and phlebs was remarkable.
