The opener I received is great and very quiet But to me, total installation would be assisting with set up of car link and internet. I was told to call. Not acceptable.

Martin Hibsch. You are right. I do not program the Linear app to work on your cell phone and/or others in your household. I do not want to get into your passwords and then have the liability of security on your network. Also with pandemic I try and avoid close contact with customers. As far as with the programming of the car, There are 2 systems in vehicles. Car2You and Homelink. Most vehicles are easy to program however some take a very long time. Andre is very knowledgeable and perfectionist. He makes sure all the i’s are dotted before he leaves. He replaced our broken springs tonight and the door is working great and quite. He has done work for us in the past and always done a great job.
