Customer service is terrible. I have been waiting for an estimate to service 11 units at one location and 3 at another one since May 15th. The owner responded May 21st hadn't been in office all week. June 5th sent him another message and said I would have it by 1:00- 1:30 at the latest that day. Nothing June 10th sent another message with no response. July 15th was the last message I sent and just gave up. Sad way to treat people and ghost them... Stay away from them.
Alex is a true professional, a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!
They help out Tan’s HVAC, they helped me with getting an exhaust fan near closing time, thanks for helping me Dan. Also Andy is very nice but haven’t seen him in years.
