Had this place built in 2017 . the quality in workmanship sucks. the roof leaked and the worked on 4-5 time in a two years said it was fixed and here it still leaks. The wood trimming and paint is so subpar my wife just said to let it go. But beware of Adley homes selling you overpriced mediocre home. Would not recommend this low rate builder.
