We asked for a Renai heater insrallation in the basement, about $1300. Instead Adler billed us for a $3700 system with radiant baseboards because our 1) our tenants were illegally renting out the basement and 2) Adler does not follow requests from a customer who is a woman. AND GUESS WHAT, HE NEVER INSTALLED IT!!! He installed two cheap plastic heaters, $70 each, which we never asked for. They lasted only a season. A Rennai lasts many years. Customer beware!
