I just wanted to share how happy my mother and I are with her loft apartment. The open layout and high ceilings make the space feel bright, spacious, and really comfortable for her. It has a modern feel while still being very cozy and easy to make her own. The building is well-maintained, quiet, and feels very safe. Nice spot. Good location on Washington Ave. my unit faces the ferris wheel and the soccer stadium. My friends come over and have a couple drinks before the game and we just walk over.

I’ve been here for 4 years and the building has changed a lot in a good way over the past 8 months. I wanted to give it some time before writing a review, and I’m really happy with how things are now. The new management got rid of all the Airbnb and corporate leases, and ever since then it’s been way more quiet, clean, and peaceful. Honestly wish they did that a long time ago lol.
