I have lived here three solid months. The apartment looks nice (hence the star), but the property managers leave a lot to be desired. Based on my experience, they will ignore your phone calls and voicemails, do not ensure work orders are fixed in a timely manner, do not update you on said work orders, and allow people to enter the apartment without notifying you. My sister moved in here recently and has had HORRIBLE care from the management team. Things rarely get fixed or it takes MONTHS. They do not care about their tenants or their wellbeing. They didn’t bother to plow any of the parking areas over the winter and cars were stranded. This is no way to run a business.
