I just wanted to share how happy my mother and I are with her loft apartment. The open layout and high ceilings make the space feel bright, spacious, and really comfortable for her. It has a modern feel while still being very cozy and easy to make her own. The building is well-maintained, quiet, and feels very safe. Nice spot. Good location on Washington Ave. my unit faces the ferris wheel and the soccer stadium. My friends come over and have a couple drinks before the game and we just walk over.
new office manager keeps an eye out on deliveries and amazon packages
I’ve been here for 4 years and the building has changed a lot in a good way over the past 8 months. I wanted to give it some time before writing a review, and I’m really happy with how things are now. The new management got rid of all the Airbnb and corporate leases, and ever since then it’s been way more quiet, clean, and peaceful. Honestly wish they did that a long time ago lol. I have lived here three solid months. The apartment looks nice (hence the star), but the property managers leave a lot to be desired. Based on my experience, they will ignore your phone calls and voicemails, do not ensure work orders are fixed in a timely manner, do not update you on said work orders, and allow people to enter the apartment without notifying you.
